Start the day early with a trip to the morning market of Psar Chas for shopping necessary ingredients. Once the fresh products has been selected for today’s meal, you will head towards the peaceful grounds of the resort and receive a demonstration from the chef of the dishes you will prepare. Today, the traditional kitchen is your playground and together with your private Khmer chef you will prepare a wonderful meal.
